USD 224 Summer School Age Program is accepting students for the 2024 Summer. This is the initial form for your student(s). Your spot will not be reserved until all paperwork (located at the District, MS, or GS offices) AND enrollment fees ($30/student, $75/family) have been turned in and paid. Roster limits will be based upon number of workers within the program. You will be contacted once your spot has been guaranteed.
